Wheaton College-Norton-Foxboro info

Good news for us. Our daughter has been accepted to Wheaton College in Norton. It%26#39;s a lovely school. I am originially from Massachusetts, but less familiar with this part of the state than I should be.

For our visits so far, we have stayed at the Holiday Inn in Taunton. It%26#39;s nice and convenient to the school (one exit away), albeit a bit pricey. It does not seem to be offered on priceline or hotwire.

Was wondering if there are any other accomodations of note in the area? There is a Residence Inn or something like that nearby but it looks like a barracks and gets poor reviews....

Being originally from the Brockton area, I am familiar with restaurants up that way, but not really with any down in Norton/Foxboro... except for one... Can%26#39;t remember the name but it%26#39;s near Wheaton... a hole in the wall place that has terrific burgers and seafood platters... When I go up again, I%26#39;ll get the name and post it...

Anyway...any other lodging/dining recs?

Wheaton College is located at 26 East Main St. in Norton, MA., and like you said it%26#39;s not too far from Foxboro, Taunton, Wrentham and also Mansfield which has a lot of different hotels and restaurants all in through this area.

Don%26#39;t forget you won%26#39;t be too far from the Wrentham Premium Outlet Mall, you%26#39;ll really like these shops when you see them!
