Weddings at Coonamessett Inn

Has anyone recently had a wedding at the Coonamessett Inn in Falmouth, MA? It looks fabulous, and I have heard great things about their food. Do they do a nice job? I%26#39;d like to book it for a wedding reception next April Thanks!!!

I went to a family wedding here and it was fabulous. I really loved this Inn! Everything about it; the place is very quaint, it%26#39;s ideal for guests to get to, the food was wonderful and we had a lot of fun here. It was a great memorable wedding. We thought the staff did a fantastic job, they worked really hard to make it all perfect and it turned out to be just that. They have a site to check out the menu and what they offer, the food is incredible here. I though for serving a large group? They do a terrific job! That%26#39;s one thing that you have to consider, some places just know exactly what they%26#39;re doing when it comes to a large group and this is one place that we thought they really handled it very well.

You mean a buffet style as opposed to a sit down dinner? Well, the wedding I went to there first had appetizers and an open bar for a while and it was incredible with just that alone! Then we all sat down and they had the sit down dinner part, it was positively wonderful.

I%26#39;m telling you whatever you decide on the food, it%26#39;s going to be terrific if you have it there. We couldn%26#39;t see how any one couldn%26#39;t have had a better time at the wedding we were at! It was a celebration and a half the whole weekend long, we had a fantastic time!

Try going to www.theknot.com, then clicking on %26#39;talk%26#39; (top of the page).

From there, click on the %26#39;Local Boards%26#39; tab(it%26#39;s on the left-hand side of the page, in light green). Scroll down %26#39;til you see MA-Cape Cod, click on that.

Then, click on the small magnifying glass (under where it says %26#39;the knot boards) to perform a search.

Enter Coonamessett Inn and it%26#39;ll bring up 4 reviews.

The Coonamessett is attractive, food is solid to superb, and it is easy to get to. One downside is that it is at a weird intersection/bottleneck of traffic, but probably not an issue in April.
