Does anyone know if the Wang Center is within walking distance (January)? Mapquest says .5 miles. Thanks.

YES, the Park Plaza Hotel is a stones throw from the Wang Center. Make sure you come out of the entrance in the back of the Hotel where Maggiano%26#39;s Little Italy is on the corner and you%26#39;ll go right by McCormack and Schmick%26#39;s Seafood Restaurant and across the street you%26#39;ll see Legal Seafoods and that Scrub-A-Dub Car Wash. You can%26#39;t miss any of these. Cross over to where the Transportation Building is, you%26#39;ll see PF Chang%26#39;s in this building; this is 10 Park Plaza. Walk around the corner to the front of the building away from the Boston Common going toward Kneeland St. When you%26#39;re directly in front of this building look over toward all the Theaters and you%26#39;ll cross the street at the crosswalk there and you%26#39;ll see the Wang Center%26#39;s marquee. You can%26#39;t miss it.
