Hop on - hop off tours

Any recommendations for tours where you can get on and off all day long at various sites?

Thanks!

Hop on - hop off tours

Easy questions to answer. Try the old town trolley tours where you can get on and off the trooley at anytime. Check out this website for ticket price and location to hop on the trolleys. http://www.historictours.com/boston/ . Another thing...the trolleys are located at the Prudential building. The website provide map and hours of operations and is well worth the tour. You will stop at lot%26#39;s of place like Cheers, Faneuil Hall Marketplace, Beacon Hill, Paul Revere%26#39;s House etc. Check out this too for more info http://www.faneuilhallmarketplace.com/ and this www.citysearch.com. Do a city search on Boston from that website and this will tell you current places in Boston with rating and location. Best website that I know and worth checking out. Good Luck.

Hi Dawgfan05,

YES, the Boston Go Card is the site you would want to check out, as a matter of fact view it now before your visit because it%26#39;s well worth it; you can see it for yourself at:

www.gobostoncard.com

Look for the 2 day ';Beantown Trolley Tour'; on this particular site, you can tour at your own pace with the freedom to disembark and re-board at your leisure at any of the 19 stops. You can travel around the loop as many times as you like, it%26#39;s really well worth it. I did this same type of tour where you hop on and off trolley%26#39;s in San Francisco and the double decker buses in New York and just loved it.

This Go Boston Card is fantastic for touring cities like Boston. You%26#39;ll read about it on their site and be amazed to read what unbelievable discounts and deals they have for so many many attractions, museums, and day trips on this one little card and it%26#39;s really a card that you can%26#39;t be without when you visit.

The MBTA (the ';T';) is fantastic too, you can hop on and off the train around the City and be on the other side of town in less than 2 minutes. Just check out www.mbta.com and you%26#39;ll see the areas of downtown Boston that you want to be in for the various restaurants and shops all within minutes.

Enjoy your time in Boston!

Depending on your length of stay, in addition to the transportation recommendations previously mentioned you can also take advantage of the excellent subway system in Boston wtth a Boston Visitors Pass for one, three or seven days with no limit on the amount of uses during the period of time selected.
