we are a group of mid-20 somethings, young prof. looking to spend new years eve in boston. any suggestions for a hotel near bars and public transport. we have never been to boston so dont konow it %26#39;it%26#39; parts of town

Try Nine-Zero... it%26#39;s a boutique hotel right near Park St. Station. Otherwise, just about any hotel in the Back Bay/Copley area would be close to the parts of town you%26#39;ll probably want to be in... there are just too many to list individually, and Boston is a compact little city, easily navigated by subway... especially on New Year%26#39;s Eve.

Go to mbta.com for a map of the ';T'; lines and where they go. Are you driving part way and then catching the T? There are lots of options.





Public tranportation will definitely work for you if you are in the Back Bay/Copley or Downtown areas - which is most likely where you%26#39;ll want to be.
