Want to try Krispy Kreme & WhiteCastle!

Hi, we%26#39;re coming down for Halloween from Canada, where these two franchises don%26#39;t exist. From web searches, though, I don%26#39;t see any evidence of one in Maine or Massachusetts. Could this be accurate??!! Please let me know if any of you know where we can find one!

Want to try Krispy Kreme %26amp; WhiteCastle!

I don%26#39;t know about White Castle, but there are plenty of Krispy Kremes in Massachusetts. There%26#39;s one in the Prudential Mall in Copley Square. Just make sure you have the donuts right off of the conveyor belt, they%26#39;re really nothing special unless eaten fresh.

White Castle is more of a midwestern and mid Atlantic chain-Ohio, Michigan, New Jersey, etc.

There are 3 other Krispy Kreme%26#39;s besides the one in Copley I found which are in the suburbs of Boston- Medford in zip code 02155, Saugus in 01906, and Dedham in 02026.

My sister in law, who lives in Cape Cod loves to hate these both the chains of Krispy Kreme and Starbuck%26#39;s coffee. Nothing is a match to Dunkin%26#39; Donuts which reigns supreme.

I%26#39;m not picky, personally.

Bad news everyone - The one in Prudential Mall closed recently!

Sorry Haligonian2, The Krispy Kreme%26#39;s didn%26#39;t really go over too well in New England, we love Dunkin Donuts too much! A few years ago I was out in California and saw them at one of the malls and tried one, I was just so psyched to see them because at that point we didn%26#39;t have them at ALL around here. Well it wore off fast, now that they%26#39;re around? Forget it, Dunkin Donuts reigns all around here!

I guess you%26#39;ll have to go out to the suburbs to get any! That other chain doesn%26#39;t ring a bell at all to me, they must be in another area of the country!

You won%26#39;t find White Castles in New England. The best you can do is go to the frozen food section in the supermarket and buy yourself a box. Get some hamburger pickles, microwave them for a minute, put the pickle on and you are all set. Not exactly the same as getting them from the restaurant, put pretty darn close. Us transplanted Chicagoans feast on them regularly:).

Yeah, the KK right next to my work in Medford was a novelty when it first opened a couple years ago. Now, it seems empty all the time, during the work day anyway. And, of course, it is surrounded by an army of DD. There are over a dozen DD locations in Medford alone, and they are always busy. The KK hot glazed donuts are ridiculously delicious, and utterly sweet, but it%26#39;s a treat that I don%26#39;t feel the urge to go after all that often. In fact, since the KK opened next to us two years ago, I%26#39;ve probably been in the place about 3-4 times.

White Castle?? Yeah, I%26#39;ve seen the frozen hamburgers in the supermarkets, and I%26#39;ve seen nationally broadcast commercials for them, maybe during an ESPN telecast or USA or something, but no restuarants around NE. Who could go bananas over a frozen food hamburger??? Microwaved?? Yuck!!

Give me Tim Horton%26#39;s any time.

Egads. Pls tell me the movie ';New Waterford Girl'; was fiction. Please look for a Legal Seafood or Applebee%26#39;s, or while you%26#39;re in the Pru looking for Krispy Creme, visit the Top of the Hub Restaurant or at least the overpriced Palm Restaurant in the Copley Westin.

Yeah, here in Canada we%26#39;ll never, ever understand the draw of Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks. We%26#39;re too addicted to Tim Hortons. But I really wanted to try a warm donut. Hopefully I%26#39;ll find one! As for WhiteCastle, I guess we%26#39;ll have to plan a road trip to Ohio......

the one in the Pru has closed.....too many health nuts

White Castle arent in New England...they are in the midwest and in New York....

your coming to NewEngland for donuts and convenience stores??

honeslty....i dont know what all they hype is about..

you%26#39;ll find Dunkin donuts on every corner though.....
